My goal was to create an email onboarding series that made Spoak feel accessible no matter their experience level.

I chose these individual tasks for each email based on the most common reasons people sign up for Spoak and the first actions most users take.

The third and final instructional email, this email helps uses make the most of Spoak's project management tools.
The last email in the series, this deploys shortly after users convert from trial.

These emails received strong feedback from users and get them to engage when they have a problem. Rightly, they also have some of the highest open (60%+) and click-through rates in the account.
