When users of a SaaS product begin the sign up for trial process but don't complete it, they abandon their "cart". This email series reminds users why they started signing up and incentivize them to finish.

This email sequence follows a basic pattern: reminding users they started signing up, sharing our story, overcoming objections, inviting users to think about their moment of greatest triumph, and reaching out personally to either close the deal or learn where we can do better.
